Women’s history deserves more than a month, so I love starting March with exciting news: I’ve been building something big, and I need your nominations!
Hard Launch is a community where women entrepreneurs connect, grow, and launch beyond the 9-5. Culminating as a digital publication and newsletter interview series, we’re spotlighting entrepreneurial women whose stories, work, and leadership deserve more visibility. These women expand the conversation about what leadership and success look like across entrepreneurship and business.
This project seeks to humanize the women behind the headlines of what’s been called a “she-cession:” the 600,000 Black women laid off or otherwise forced out of the workforce last year (Fortune, Nov 2025); the 42% of women who cited caregiving and flexible work arrangements as their reason for leaving the corporate workforce in 2025 (Catalyst, Jan 2026). Let’s amplify women who are creating an impact, shaping culture, rewriting the rules of the 9-5, and steadily building something extraordinary.
